A Wild Aquavit with a Wild Story!
This aquavit is the result of "Bornholm Herbs", a project under Gaarden – Bornholms Madkulturhus.
In 2019, wild-grown caraway was rediscovered, subsequently propagated by Krogsholm Frugtplantage in quantities large enough for us to create an aquavit with the same taste as in the 1800s.
We have found the ideal amount of caraway, which we have distilled alone with the purest organic wheat spirit to create an exceptionally mild Aquavit out of the ordinary!
