Cask gin

This gin starts out as our popular Bornholm Gin which we mature in small and exclusive 30-liter sherry casks.

The time in the cask mellows the taste and lends it a golden color and gives the gin a very complex profile usually only found in other spirits than gin.

Drink it in cocktails as a Negroni or Old Fashioned, add sparkling water or drink it on the rocks.
