Gin & Stormy

To brighten up a gray November day, we created our own version of a classic cocktail.

We use our CASK GIN. Which is only produced in small portions and is then aged for a whole year in small sherry casks. Aging gives this gin a milder taste, a beautiful golden color and dark orange notes, which works very well in this cocktail.

Ingredients:

  • Gingerbeer

  • Lime juice

  • 4 cl CASK GIN from Bornholm Distillery

  • Lots of ice cubes

  • Garnish with a slices of lime
