We macerate plenty of local rhubarb from Krogsholm Orchard together with whole grapefruits, oranges, ensian root and other bitter herbs in high proof spirit before it is watered down with clean bornholm water.

This makes a light bitter and sweet spirit perfect for an aperitif. Enjoy it chilled on the rocks, mix with tonic for a Bornholm Spritz or combine with our Dry Gin in a Bornholm Negroni.
