On monday, January 29 2024, our CEO Martin Kofoed appeared in the television show “Mellem os” on TV2/Bornholm.
In the show Martin share his thoughts about the future of the distillery - and his dream of making whisky.
The plan is to lance a new series of products called HOLMUS. A series with a very strong focus on local ingredients.
At Bornholm Distillery we are still working on the precise details, but we are happe to say: It’s slowly comming together.
